## What does «What this site is» govern?

A catalogue of tests. We open accounts with third-party services, pay for them ourselves, run a fixed photo set through each one and publish what came back, with dates on every figure. What this site is not: an operator. There is no upload field anywhere here, no image reaches our servers, and no generation happens under this domain. Every tool covered belongs to someone else.

## What does «Who writes it» govern?

The desk is a small editorial team working in English for Canadian readers. Tests are run by the person who writes them up, and the protocol on the methodology page is the same for every service. Corrections are welcome and published. If a figure here is wrong, write to us through the contact page and say which figure and what the right one is.

## What does «How it is funded» govern?

Through tracked outbound links that pay a commission when a reader subscribes to a service, at no extra cost to that reader. Commissions are agreed before testing and enter no part of the score. No provider pays for placement, no provider sees a draft, and no position on the ranking is for sale. The weights are published so that the order can be checked against them.

## What does «Questions readers send us» govern?

Do you operate any of these tools?

## Do you operate any of these tools?

No. We are a publisher. Every service covered here belongs to a third party and runs on their infrastructure. Can I upload a photo to this site?

## Can I upload a photo to this site?

There is nowhere to do so. No upload form exists on any page and no image is stored on our servers. How do you make money?

## How do you make money?

Tracked links that pay a commission on subscription, agreed before testing and excluded from the scoring arithmetic. How do I report an error?

## What does Canadian law say?

Regardless of the tool, the same prohibition applies to intimate imagery:

> «Publishing, distributing, making available or advertising an intimate image of a person without their consent is an offence.»

## Whom does «About the desk» concern?
