## What does «Wrong figures and broken pages» govern?

Name the page, the figure and what it should be, or describe what broke and on which device. Price errors are the most common report we get, because providers change packs faster than our monthly re-read catches them. Corrections are made on the page and dated. If a correction changes a score, the ranking changes with it.

## What does «Provider behaviour» govern?

If a service we recommend did something worth knowing — charged after cancellation, failed to honour an advertised free tier, went silent on support — tell us. That kind of report feeds directly into the next retest and has moved positions before. We cannot intervene in your transaction with a provider. We can stop recommending them, which is the lever we actually have.

## What does «Serious matters» govern?

Non-consensual material goes through the reporting form , not here, and should never include the image itself. Copyright goes through the notice route . Data about you goes through the data request page .

## What does «Questions readers send us» govern?

What should I include?

## What should I include?

The page, what is wrong and what the right value is, or what broke and on which device. Can you get my money back from a provider?

## Can you get my money back from a provider?

No. We are not a party to that transaction. We can stop recommending the service. Where do NCII reports go?

## Where do NCII reports go?

To the form , never here, and never with the image attached.

## What does Canadian law say?

Regardless of the tool, the same prohibition applies to intimate imagery:

> «Publishing, distributing, making available or advertising an intimate image of a person without their consent is an offence.»
