## What does «What there is to ask about» govern?

Server logs holding your IP address, user agent, requested address and timestamp for 30 days. Correspondence, if you have written to us. Aggregate analytics, which hold nothing that identifies you and so cannot be retrieved per person. There are no accounts on this site, no upload form and no newsletter, so there is no profile to produce.

## What does «How to make a request» govern?

Write through the contact page saying what you want: access, correction, or withdrawal of consent for analytics. Under PIPEDA we answer inside 30 days, and in practice much sooner given how little there is. To identify your log entries we need the approximate date and time and the IP address you used. Without those the logs cannot be searched, and after 30 days they no longer

exist.

## What does «If you are not satisfied» govern?

The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada is the supervisory authority under PIPEDA and accepts complaints about how a commercial organisation handled your personal information. Detail on what we hold and why sits in the privacy notice .

## What does «The form» govern?
